Join InfoVista at 4G World to Discuss Overcoming 4G/LTE Challenges
By Dina Rodrigues, Worldwide Marketing Programs Manager, InfoVista
For mobile network operators (MNOs), the transition to 4G/LTE is proving to be much more complex than the fairly direct move from 2G to 3G. The all-IP nature of LTE means that complex architectural changes must be implemented and assured across the whole mobile infrastructure, including the core, transport and access networks. To manage the challenges associated with the new IP infrastructure, MNOs must reorganize how they operate, monitor network performance and ensure service quality.
Next week at 4G World 2012 in Chicago, InfoVista’s Juan Prieto will discuss how a unified service performance assurance solution for LTE and mobile backhaul networks can help meet service quality expectations and operational excellence objectives. Juan will explore the state of performance management today, as well as examine the key challenges in reducing mean time to recovery (MTTR) and assuring quality of experience (QoE) over LTE transport and backhaul networks.
To learn more about how to improve QoE for 4G/LTE mobile services without compromising operational excellence or cost efficiency, we encourage you to attend our presentation at 4G World 2012, taking place at 2:45 CT p.m. on Wednesday, October 31 in the W-474A room of McCormick Place.
Be sure to stop by InfoVista’s booth (#431) to discuss how MNOs can navigate their LTE challenges, as well as see live demos of our latest proactive service assurance solutions. We look forward to seeing you at the show!
