Teeing it Up for a Great Cause

It’s early summer here in Australia, so what could be more fun than an enjoyable round of golf? Only one thing—playing your round for a great cause! And that’s exactly what we’re doing this week.

Our Australia/New Zealand business partner, Dimension Data, is holding its annual IT Fund for Kids Golf Day to raise money for Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia. This important charity brightens the lives of seriously ill children and their families, granting wishes and providing programs that lift their spirits and allow them to experience special and often transformative moments enjoying family activities that those with well children often take for granted. Last year’s Golf Day event raised over 86,000 AUD.

InfoVista is proud to support this great cause for the second year as a hole sponsor.  It promises to be a relaxing and enjoyable event where senior technologists from major corporations can take a break from their busy schedules, have fun, and make a meaningful contribution to the lives of kids and their families who are battling a serious illness. Now that’s the definition of a great day!
